While we work together we’ll use an online project board to keep communication open and transparent. This tool is also used during marketing meetings to ensure focus and to maximize our time together.

Monthly Retainer for Ongoing Support
This retainer gives you direct one-on-one support and guidance with just a phone call or an email.

Experienced Resources
My experience is with independent financial advisers. This is my specialty. I have seen what works and what doesn’t. I have planned client events, created social media content, polished LinkedIn profiles, developed extensive email campaigns, and reworked websites. I know the key components required for success and results. I enjoy staying on top of what is currently going on in my industry as well as new and relevant technology, and I want to share my passion for creative marketing with your firm.

I can serve as a liaison for most third party marketing vendors. While we work together, I represent a part of your team and work in your best interests. I can handle websites, printing, event planning, press releases, and much more. (Note: all third party fees are billed to the client. Including but not limited to hosting, content library, email utility, social media archiving, business listings, and advertising).

Time Frame
All packages are for a minimum of a 12-month commitment unless otherwise noted. After that time they are renewable for another year or can be evaluated on a monthly basis.

Investing in any part of your firm is an important decision to make and I understand that. That’s why I am here and happy to answer every question you may have.

How long will we be working together?

Most packages require a 12-month commitment, then move to month-to-month. If at any time you want to end our collaboration, we require 30 days notice.

Why does it cost so much?

Have you calculated your per hour earnings yet?  If not, it is a great exercise. Take a look at the hours you are spending reading and searching for solutions to build your firm’s marketing as well as all of the hours required to implement them.  This process can be frustrating.  Especially if you do not see the results you would like to.

When you hire me, you are not only getting someone that knows what to do, but you are also adding valuable hours back into your schedule.  You will get direct one-on-one support and guidance with just a phone call or an email.  You will get access to all of the resources I have used for various marketing initiatives.  You will also get all of my experience from working with other financial advisors and firms.
For a set monthly investment you get to let me do what I do best while you now have the time to do what you do best.

If you spend a large amount of time looking for new clients rather than servicing your current ones.  I’d also hazard a guess that if you are reading this, you are likely ready for a marketing expert to step in and lend a helping hand.

What is your availability?

To be the best for my clients, I only collaborate with ten full service clients at a time. To inquire about my availability, please contact me. If I am currently at my client limit, you will be put on the waiting list and are welcome to try any of our other services in the meantime.

Discovery Meeting

During this meeting we will discuss your firm, get to know each other, and I will be able to answer any questions you may have.


I will use the information gathered and send you a proposal outlining the services that would best fit your firm and your marketing needs.

Solutions Meeting

During this meeting we will review the proposal, I will receive feedback from you, discuss partnership details, and then review the next steps in your marketing journey.


Once the details have been agreed upon, we will then sign a partnership agreement, I will have you complete the new client online program, and schedule your first client meeting.
